The Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects. A Black Belt is someone with adequate work experience wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes and use that knowledge to implement it into an organization. This course is one of the most recognized business management strategies focusing on quality and process improvement.
